Our Story
Founded by Sterling Weightman, a seasoned semi-professional basketball player with over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of success, A1 Skillz and Training, Inc. was born out of a desire to share the benefits of strength training and basketball skills development with the community. With years of experience working with athletes of all levels, from youth to professional, he developed a unique approach that focuses on building strength, improving technique, and enhancing overall performance.
